Before we come you need to check everything, gather the keys to the vehicle, empty and clean it. If you have any questions, call us and we will provide you with all the answers. Arrange a final time and place where you want our auto transport carrier to arrive.
You will be given a carrier's name and phone number so you can call him directly. If he is busy and does not answer, you can give us a call at (888)899-7590 and we will be able to assist you.
Once we arrive and before the vehicle gets loaded, you will want to check it one more time, take pictures of it, the interior and the current mileage. All existing damage and all the information will be marked. When you end the full inspection with our carrier, the vehicle will be loaded.
A carrier will contact you before he delivers the vehicle. Once the vehicle is delivered, make sure to do the delivery inspection. If there is any damage make sure to report it right away.
